Customer Service


We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-7 working days using second class Royal Mail postage. To reduce our impact on the environment recycled envelopes will be used where possible.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order that has yet to be dispatched please contact us by email as soon as possible.

If you have received the order then you have 7 working days to cancel the order by email. You will be responsible for paying the postage of returning the goods. A refund will be given, once the goods have been returned.

Faulty Goods

Please inform us by email and return the faulty goods to us. We will provide a refund for the faulty product and the return postage.
